Unforgettable Experience at Splash Polokwane! This place is amazing🎊🎊 we had the bestest time celebrating my birthday! 💃💃🎉🎉 The atmosphere was full of joy & laughter. Everything was clean, well maintained & well organized. The staff was very friendly, even sang happy birthday as well & making us feel right at home. The highlight of the day was when another group of visitors came over to sing & dance happy birthday with us, it was the sweetest and most unexpected surprise! That moment made the day even more special. 💖 I can recommend Splash Polokwane as it’s perfect for family outings, birthdays or braai, just a fun day out in the sun & water. We’ll definitely be going back again!💃💃 Lapa was booked & paid in advance & entrance fee paid on arrival.

The place is so nice, kids friendly and good place to host parties, safe guards are always there to assist. Definitely coming back.

The best holiday outing in Limpopo province,we booked for a self accomodation at Splash from the 31st of december 2025 until January the 2nd.The place is amazing,the staff is always checking on us,very helpful-especially Dina.She knows how to manage that department.They made sure housekeeping is done,the pools and slides were amazing.That place has a vibe,its unforgetable.My family enjoyed our stay at Splash Polokwane.

The place is beautiful, the setup is amazing, and the rooms are neat and feel like home. Splash truly has great potential and the environment is very relaxing. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by the treatment we received from El-marie, who manages the place. Her customer service was very poor, and she made us feel uncomfortable throughout our stay. We paid to come and enjoy ourselves, but instead we left unhappy. The staff members are actually very friendly and willing to assist guests, but they seem scared and restricted around her, which makes the atmosphere uncomfortable for everyone. Even our neighbours who had also booked there shared the same complaints and left disappointed. The worst part was during checkout — we were rushed even before 10H00 as if we did not pay for full service. At the park area, instead of politely communicating with us as adults, she stood there watching and waiting for us to move back to the room, which felt very uncomfortable and unnecessary. It is disappointing because the place itself is beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained, but the treatment from management will cause customers not to return. Sadly, because of this experience, we will never come back.
