Service Terms (Platform Use)

1. Platform Use Agreement

These Service Terms govern your use of the WA Automation platform as a business owner, Growth Partner, or platform visitor. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access unauthorised areas.

3. Listing Standards

All business listings must:

• Represent a legitimate, lawfully operating South African business
• Contain accurate and up-to-date information
• Use appropriate and professional language
• Not contain competitor advertising or irrelevant content
• Not make unsubstantiated claims about services or qualifications

4. WhatsApp Enquiry Standards

Businesses receiving enquiries via WA Automation must:

• Respond to customer enquiries within a reasonable time
• Communicate professionally and honestly
• Not use customer contact details for purposes unrelated to the original enquiry
• Comply with POPIA when handling customer personal information
• Not add enquiring customers to bulk marketing lists without explicit consent

5. Growth Partner Standards

Growth Partners must:

• Represent WA Automation honestly and professionally
• Not make commitments beyond what is offered in the official packages
• Comply with POPIA when collecting business owner information
• Not engage in misleading sales practices
• Disclose their relationship with WA Automation when soliciting business

6. Content Standards

Users may not upload or publish content that:

• Infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains personal information of third parties without consent
• Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Promotes illegal products or services
• Contains malware or malicious code

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any listing or user account that violates these terms, without prior notice in cases of serious violations. For minor violations, we will provide written notice and an opportunity to rectify.

8. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a listing or user that violates these terms, please report it to info@waautomation.co.za. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

9. Governing Law

These Service Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and POPIA.
