My car broke down twice in the last 2 weeks and the first person I called was Reynard. He always assists me over the phone, gives me advice and follows up afterwards. He even called ahead to Midas to whom he referred me for a new battery, to confirm that I got there ok and told the Midas guy what the problem was. Thanks for your caring nature and after sales service. Sandra
