Frank Granite installer

I had a great experience with Frank’s since the initial appointment and throughout installation. Customer service was excellent and responsive to any questions that I had. They completed the job in half a day and the installers had excellent attention to detail, even going as far as blending my wall paint with the caulk that they used for a more finished look. Cost was appropriate and was significantly cheaper than multiple quotes obtained in Lancaster County. Would use Frank’s again if needed.

Very responsive (within one day) of coming out to repair a kitchen sink that had fallen down. Price was very reasonable as well. Highly recommended.

100% fantastic experience with this company. After having made an appointment with Frank’s Marble and Granite, we soon met with Nancy in her office to choose new countertops for our kitchen. Nancy was very professional, patient, and informative about the different products that Frank’s carries. Nancy also explained in detail their countertop and sink installation procedures. After walking through the warehouse and yard areas we decided upon a particular quartz countertop. On the day of installation, the crew of 4 tradesmen arrived on time fully prepared to remove our existing granite countertops and install the quartz countertops. The work habits of these men was meticulous, with each craftsman knowing exactly what task needed to be done, who was responsible for each task, and their work efforts were very well orchestrated. All throughout the demolition and installation procedures, the crew was constantly cleaning the work area to ensure their safety and also not damage our LVT flooring with debris. The new countertops and sink that were installed by Frank’s Marble and Granite are absolutely beautiful. We knew there would be a seam, but these unbelievably talented craftsmen made that seam invisible to the naked eye and darn near undetectable if we didn't know where to find it by touch on the underside of the countertop. Throughout the process of choosing, ordering, measuring, fabrication, scheduling, installation, payment, and followup of our new countertops, Carmine Pantano, the owner of Frank’s Marble and Granite, and also his employees, communicated clearly and effectively with us each step of the way and helped make this a stress free project. We are 100% thrilled that we chose to have Frank’s Marble and Granite install our new kitchen countertops.

Thrilled with the entire experience! Working with Nancy was wonderful. She had patience and showed me many white quartzes until I found the perfect one. . I love the choice and it brings such an updated look to my almost 30 yr old kitchen. The installation crew was amazing. Arrived on schedule, covered my carpet and wood floors , removed our granite counters and installed the new quartz and sink ( which I love) in 1/2 of a day. Amazing! When they were finished every surface was clean and they left me two nice blocks of my quartz for my use. Oh , and with Carmines’ help we’re were able to enlarge the island! It’s great! Thank you to carmine and his crew. Next … the bathroom!

No one beats Carmine and the entire team at Frank's. We've used them at our former home and will be using them again in our new home. 100% world class service.
