Senseis Brendon & Stephen have given my 9 year old daughter the absolute best introduction to Karate we could have wished for. She was a pure beginner in 2024 and is now competing at National level along with many others at the dojo. There is a lot of love & respect at RKC, the kids all love being there, even during the hard training, and we're very glad we found them!

Top level instruction. Strong presense at Provincial as well as National tournaments. Good place to get your body strong and learn Karate. a place for kids and adults.

Sensei Johan Roets and Sebsei Brendan are both excellent. They are very patient with the students of all ages. Everyone is very friendly and helpful
