We cannot recommend our estate agent(Lindie Swart) highly enough! Lindie supported my husband and me throughout our entire journey of purchasing our apartment and made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless. She connected us with an amazing legal team, helped us secure a great deal on our Standard Bank home loan, and was always available to guide and support us every step of the way. Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine care made all the difference. Thank you for helping us achieve this special milestone!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. On the 18th of August I requested to view an apartment in the early hours of the morning and by the 24th, I was signing my lease all thanks to the lovely agent, Marcelle Goosen. Apartment hunting can be such a challenge but she made the entire process easy, fast and most importantly, stress free. She is friendly, professional, patient and a very good communicator. Thank you so much, Marcelle. Wishing you all the best and more.

We had an excellent experience working with Lelanie. From the very beginning, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right place. She made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free, always keeping us informed and going the extra mile whenever needed. Her communication was outstanding, and she handled everything with kindness and efficiency. We truly appreciated her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring realtor. Thank you again, Lelanie, for your exceptional service!

It has become increasingly difficult to find a truly competent, willing, and capable estate agent these days. After several months of unsuccessful attempts to secure tenants through another agent, I was introduced to Marcelle. Within just two weeks, she had arranged multiple viewings, thoroughly vetted suitable tenants, and successfully secured a signed lease. Marcelle’s approach can best be described as effortless, efficient, and highly competent. She is a pleasure to work with, bringing a no-nonsense, results-driven mindset that focuses on extracting the highest possible value from your investment. Marcelle is an estate agent of a rare calibre, and one I would confidently and gladly recommend to any prospective property investor.

Marcelle was absolutely fantastic! She helped me secure a great tenant within just 2 weeks. She is extremely diligent with tenant screening, very friendly, always punctual, and brings incredible energy to the process. Her communication is excellent – she kept me well-informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend Marcelle to anyone looking for a top-quality estate agent. She truly goes above and beyond! Thank you, Marcelle!
